Hi, I’m Jais, a former burnt-out entrepreneur who was sick of constantly doing all the things, only to see little return.

In 2020 I decided to burn the rule book, figure out what felt aligned, and do less, better. I stopped listening to “business gurus” who built businesses 5 years ago and sold courses and offerings with outdated strategies, and committed to learning what it took to build a business today. My health coaching business took off, and I became obsessed with helping my clients, mostly small business owners, do the same.

One mistake I used to make was thinking that because I had a small audience, I could only have small sales months.
